Yes, on the page of each tested reference. Since September 2026, our analyses are commissioned and paid for by us at Janoshik, an independent laboratory, on our own vials: the report carries our name and a verification key you check yourself on janoshik.com, without going through us. For other references, the published certificate comes from our supplier's third-party laboratory. Every published COA can be downloaded in full on the product page: read it before you order.

Our partners aim for ≥ 98% purity (HPLC) for most references. Exact purity is stated on the published COA.

Dry, away from light, at -20°C for long-term storage.

Once in solution, store at +4°C (fridge) and use within 4 weeks.

Yes, before opening, to avoid condensation inside the vial.

Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for several weeks. Transport does not require dry ice. Exception: pre-filled pens hold a ready-to-use solution. Store them in the fridge (2 to 8 °C) as soon as they arrive.

Neutral package, no content mention on the outside.

We ship across the European Union, as well as Martinique, Guadeloupe, Réunion, French Guiana and Mayotte (EUR 19.90, 5 to 10 days). New Caledonia, French Polynesia and the other overseas collectivities: EUR 29.90, 10 to 20 days. Outside mainland France, local taxes (octroi de mer) may be charged on delivery. Products are declared as laboratory reagents.

Our Janoshik analyses carry a unique verification key: entered on the laboratory website, it confirms the certificate without going through us.

You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw, on a product still sealed in its original packaging: email us with your order number. An unsealed vial cannot be taken back (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Return costs are yours, unless we made the mistake — non-conforming product, picking error, damaged parcel: then everything is on us. In France, we send you a prepaid Mondial Relay label.
